Batelipack manufactures six backpack categories on the same 18 production lines: laptop and business backpacks, school and student backpacks, travel and daypacks, outdoor and sports backpacks, insulated cooler backpacks, and kids’ and promotional backpacks. All six are built to order from 100 pcs per style and colour, with first samples in 7–15 days and bulk production 30–45 days after sample approval. Monthly capacity is more than 80,000 pcs, every shipment is inspected at AQL 2.5 before loading, and our defect rate is below 1.5%.
Laptop and business backpacks
Commuter, office and anti-theft models with a padded compartment sized to 13″, 15.6″ or 17″ devices, plus luggage trolley sleeves, USB or USB-C charging ports with internal cable routing, key clips, bottle pockets and organiser panels. Typical builds use 600D or 900D Oxford polyester, PU-coated fabric or canvas. Buyers: corporate gifting programmes, office and tech retailers, distributors.
School and student backpacks
Campus and student models built for daily load, with ergonomic padded shoulder straps and back panels, reinforced base, reflective piping and name-tag windows. Sizes are set per school level, and the same body can carry different prints, colours and labels per school programme. CPSIA and REACH compliant materials are available for the US and EU school markets. Buyers: school tenders, campus retailers, stationery distributors.
Travel and daypacks
Cabin-friendly daypacks with a trolley strap, compression straps, expandable side gussets, lockable or hidden zippers and a flat-packed interior for packing cubes. We build both the slim commuter-daypack shape and the larger carry-on shape, in plain or two-tone panels with colour-matched hardware.
Outdoor and sports backpacks
Hiking, trekking, cycling and gym models with a hydration-tube opening and mesh bottle pockets, load-bearing hip belts and sternum straps, ripstop or PU-coated fabric, reflective strips and ventilated back panels. We build both light day-hike shapes and larger multi-day models, with custom pullers and debossed logo panels.
Insulated cooler backpacks
Food and drink delivery packs with a PEVA or PU-lined insulated compartment, heat-sealed seams and leak-resistant construction, sized to standard delivery container formats. Food-contact materials are available to FDA requirements, and the front panel takes a print, woven label or rubber badge.
Kids’ and promotional backpacks
Small-format packs for children and giveaway use: mini and kindergarten shapes, lightweight bodies, mesh or padded straps, side bottle pockets and large silk-screen print areas. Built to a marketing calendar, with gift boxes, hangtags, barcode stickers, mixed-carton packing and staged deliveries for campaigns.
Same specification standard across every category
Whichever category you order, the process is identical: a written specification at quotation stage, a 7–15 day sample round, approval of the physical sample as the production reference, bulk production of 30–45 days (30–60 days for fully custom OEM) on our own 18 lines, and pre-shipment inspection at AQL 2.5.
