About Batelipack — a 20+ year backpack factory in Baigou, China
Batelipack is the custom backpack business of Baoding Bateli Luggage Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (保定芭特莉箱包制造有限公司), an OEM/ODM bag manufacturer established in 2003 and based in Baigou, Baoding, Hebei — China’s best-known luggage and bag-making cluster. We build custom backpacks for brand owners, private-label sellers and corporate gifting teams in more than 50 countries. Everything from cutting and sewing to hardware, printing and embroidery, quality control and export packing is done in our own 2,600 m² workshop on 18 production lines with 180+ workers.

We also make school bags, handbags and totes, travel bags and pet carriers in the same factory — useful when a brand needs more than one bag category from one supplier. This site, however, is about backpacks: laptop and business backpacks, school and campus backpacks, travel and daypacks, outdoor and sports backpacks, insulated cooler backpacks, and kids, mini and promotional backpacks.
Two ways to work with us
OEM — you bring the design. You provide the drawing, materials, dimensions and logo files; we build samples, run production and pack to your instructions. The intellectual property of your design stays yours, and we do not sell your custom designs to other buyers.
ODM — you start from our models. You choose from our existing backpack models and we apply your logo, colours, lining, packaging and small structural changes. This is usually faster for a first collection or a gifting programme.
