Batelipack is a custom backpack manufacturer based in Baoding, Hebei, China, with its own production line and export experience. We build backpacks only — business and commuter backpacks, outdoor and hiking backpacks, corporate gift backpacks, school and campus backpacks, and private-label backpacks developed to a buyer’s own drawing. Minimum order: from 100 pcs per style and colour combination for OEM/ODM builds. Buyers are brand owners, importers, distributors, promotional-product agencies and corporate gifting teams in the US, Europe and the Middle East. To get a written quote, use the quote request form.
What we make
- Backpack categories: business/commuter, outdoor and hiking, corporate gift, school and campus, private-label custom builds.
- Materials, zips, hardware, lining and internal structure are specified per project, not fixed by a catalogue.
- Logo methods: embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and metal badge.
- Packaging and hangtags are produced to the buyer’s own artwork.
What we do not do
So buyers can qualify us quickly: we do not sell retail, we do not run discounts or countdown promotions, we do not accept single-piece orders, and we do not manufacture non-backpack categories — no handbags, totes, waist bags, crossbody bags or luggage. If your project is not a backpack, we are not the right factory.
How a custom backpack project runs
- Brief and quote. Send quantity, size, material, logo method and target price. We reply with a written quote and the specification points that need confirming.
- Sample. A sample is made from the confirmed spec. Sampling is quoted separately from the bulk order.
- Bulk production. Production runs on our own line after the sample is signed off.
- Inspection and shipping. In-line and final inspection before packing; shipment terms are agreed at quote stage.

Quality control and testing
Every order goes through incoming material checks, in-line inspection during production and a final inspection before packing. Buyers can request specific test items and receive the inspection records for their order. What buyers typically ask for and how it is handled is described on the quality control page.

How do I compare you with a trading company?
