Batelipack manufactures custom backpacks in a 2,600 m² self-owned workshop in Baigou, Baoding, Hebei, China, running 18 production lines with 180+ skilled workers and a monthly capacity of 80,000+ pcs. Cutting, sewing, hardware attachment, printing and embroidery, quality control and export packing all happen under one roof, which is why specification changes at sample stage are cheap and the approved specification is the specification that ships in bulk.

What happens in our own workshop
- Cutting and material preparation — fabric, lining, webbing and reinforcement panels cut to the approved specification.
- Sewing lines — dedicated lines per backpack construction, with the approved sample as the production reference.
- Hardware and trim — zippers, buckles, D-rings, pullers and shoulder straps attached and load-checked on the line.
- Printing and embroidery — logo work done in house for embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, woven labels and badges.
- Quality control — incoming material inspection, in-line inspection, pre-shipment inspection at AQL 2.5 and container loading supervision.
- Packing — polybag, hangtag, barcode label, gift box or retail-ready carton to your artwork, with mixed-carton packing on request.
What this changes for a buyer
When the factory owns the line, three things are different. First, sample-stage changes are handled in house instead of being re-quoted through a third party. Second, the specification that is approved at sampling is the specification that runs in bulk, because the same team and the same lines make both. Third, quality issues have one point of responsibility — the workshop that made the bag.
Lead times
- Sampling: 7–15 days per sample round, depending on construction and material availability
- Bulk production: 30–45 days after sample approval
- Fully custom OEM designs: 30–60 days, depending on new tooling and material sourcing
Lead times are confirmed in writing at quotation stage. If a deadline is at risk, we say so before the order is placed rather than after.
