Batelipack is a custom backpack factory in Baigou, Baoding, Hebei, China. We have built private-label backpacks since 2003 with 2,600 m² of our own workshop space, 18 production lines and more than 180 workers, at a capacity above 80,000 pcs per month. Minimum order is 100 pcs per style and colour, first samples take 7–15 days, and bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval (30–60 days for a fully custom OEM build). Every order is inspected before loading at AQL 2.5, and our defect rate is below 1.5%. More than 5,000 clients in over 50 countries have ordered from us, and around 30% of them have stayed five years or longer.
What changes when you order from the workshop itself
The team that quotes your backpack is the team that cuts, sews and packs it. Sampling, logo work, quality control and export packing all happen in the same building, so a change you ask for at sample stage is handled in-house and confirmed in writing. Once you approve a sample, that approved piece becomes the production reference — same fabric, same dimensions, same logo position, same hardware — for the bulk run.

Samples before bulk
First samples take 7–15 days. Bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval, or 30–60 days for a fully custom OEM design. You approve materials, stitching, hardware, dimensions, logo placement and packing before bulk starts, and the sample round is quoted on its own so you can see that cost before committing to production.
Quality control in four stages
Inspection runs at four points: incoming material check, in-line inspection during sewing, final inspection on finished goods, and pre-shipment inspection at AQL 2.5 before loading. Our defect rate is below 1.5%. Shipment photos and inspection reports are available for every order, and load testing, zipper strength, colour fastness and fabric reports can be arranged when your market needs them.

ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, FDA, REACH, CPSIA and OEKO-TEX, with SGS-audited production. If your market requires a specific test report or a buyer audit, tell us at enquiry stage so it is built into the quotation and the timeline rather than added afterwards.

What is the minimum order quantity?
From 100 pcs per style and colour combination, confirmed per project at quotation stage. Smaller quantities can be discussed for sample and trial orders.
How long does a first order take from enquiry to shipment?
Budget roughly two months: 7–15 days for sampling plus 30–45 days of bulk production after approval, before shipping. Repeat orders skip the sampling stage and are usually faster.
Can you work from my drawing or Tech Pack?
Yes. Send the drawing, Tech Pack or a reference sample with your target material, size, capacity and logo method. A clear written description is enough to start if no drawing exists yet.
Do you handle logos and retail packing as well?
Yes — embroidery, silk-screen print, heat transfer, woven labels and metal or rubber badges, plus hangtags, barcodes, gift boxes and retail-ready or mixed cartons printed to your artwork.
Will you sell my design to other buyers?
No. Custom designs and tooling developed for your project are not offered to other clients.
