Batelipack is a custom backpack manufacturer based in Baigou, Baoding, Hebei, China. We have run our own backpack workshop since 2003: 2,600 m² of production space, 18 production lines and more than 180 workers, with capacity for over 80,000 pcs per month. We build private-label backpacks for brand owners, importers, distributors and corporate gifting teams in more than 50 countries. Minimum order is from 100 pcs per style and colour for OEM/ODM builds, first samples take 7–15 days, and bulk production runs 30–45 days after sample approval.
What a custom backpack project with us looks like
Every project follows the same seven steps, and each step has a written output so nothing is left to assumption.
- Enquiry. You send the product type, quantity, target market, target price and target date — a drawing or a reference sample helps but is not required to start.
- Quotation. We reply with a specification-first quotation: materials, dimensions, logo method, packing, unit price and lead time. OEM designs are quoted per project.
- Sampling. We build the sample against the agreed specification. You check materials, stitching, hardware, dimensions, logo placement and packing before anything goes to bulk. Sample rounds usually take 7–15 days.
- Order confirmation. Quantities, colours, sizes and delivery date are locked in writing, and the approved sample becomes the production reference.
- Production. Cutting, sewing, hardware and logo work run in our own workshop on 18 lines. Bulk takes 30–45 days after sample approval (30–60 days for fully custom OEM designs).
- Inspection and loading. Pre-shipment inspection runs at AQL 2.5, with photos and reports for the shipment and container loading supervision.
- Shipping. Export packing with your labels, barcodes and carton marks; we work with your forwarder or ours.

Logo and branding methods
Embroidery, silk-screen print, heat transfer, woven labels, metal or rubber badges, custom pullers and custom lining prints. Logo work is done in house, which keeps sampling fast and keeps the approved logo position identical in bulk. See customisation options for material and hardware choices.
Why buyers work directly with the factory
- We own the workshop rather than trading through intermediaries, so sample-stage changes are handled in house instead of being re-quoted by a third party.
- The specification approved at sampling is the specification that runs in bulk, because the same team and the same lines make both.

- Inspection reports and shipment photos for every order; fabric, colour fastness, zipper strength and load-test reports on request.

ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, FDA, REACH, CPSIA, OEKO-TEX and SGS-audited production. If your market needs a specific test report, say so at enquiry stage so it can be included in the quotation rather than added later.

Can you make a backpack from my own design?
Yes. Send the drawing, Tech Pack or reference sample with target material, size and logo method. Your design stays yours — we do not sell your custom design to other buyers.
How long does a first order take?
Sampling 7–15 days, plus bulk production 30–45 days after sample approval. Plan roughly two months from enquiry to shipment for a first order, less for repeat orders.
Do you supply promotional and gift backpacks?
Yes — that is a large part of our business. We build to a marketing calendar, offer gift boxes, hangtags and mixed-carton packing, and can hold stock for staged deliveries.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Sample cost and sample lead time are quoted up front, and sample charges are handled separately from bulk pricing.
