Quality control at Batelipack runs in four stages between your order and your container: incoming material inspection, in-line inspection during production, pre-shipment inspection at AQL 2.5, and container loading supervision. The defect rate across production is held below 1.5%, and every shipment leaves with photos and an inspection record. All four stages happen inside our own 2,600 m² workshop, on the same 18 lines that made the approved sample.
Stage 1 — Incoming material inspection
Fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, buckles and logo materials are checked against the approved specification before they reach the cutting table: weight and hand-feel, colour against the approved standard, width, coating, and zipper smoothness. Material that does not match is rejected before it can enter production, which is the cheapest place to catch a problem.
Stage 2 — In-line inspection
Inspectors check work as it moves down the line rather than only at the end. That covers stitch density and seam alignment, hardware attachment and pull strength, logo position and size against the approved sample, lining fit, and the dimension of the finished shell. Problems found here are corrected on the line, not sorted out after packing.
Stage 3 — Pre-shipment inspection (AQL 2.5)
Before packing, a random sample from the finished batch is inspected to AQL 2.5. The check covers appearance and cleanliness, stitching defects, hardware function, zipper cycle testing, logo placement, dimensions and weight, straps and handle load points, and packing and labelling. A batch that fails the standard is reworked before it is packed — it is not shipped with a note.
Stage 4 — Container loading supervision
Carton counts, shipping marks, barcode and label placement, and mixed-carton arrangements are verified as the container is loaded, with photos of the loading. This is where short shipments and carton mistakes are caught, before the container leaves rather than after it arrives.

Compliance and audits
ISO 9001, BSCI, CE, FDA, REACH, CPSIA, OEKO-TEX and SGS-audited production. If your market or your retail customer needs a specific test or a social-compliance audit document, raise it at enquiry stage so it can be included in the quotation and the timeline rather than added after production starts.
